What is the quickest way to contact ERATHERM?

What are your office hours?
Our office is open Monday to Saturday, 08:00–19:00 Türkiye time. Outside those hours, support may be arranged for urgent site and turnaround work.
What information should I provide to request a quote?
Facility and equipment type, operating temperature, location, performance targets and approximate quantities help us assess the scope. We can arrange transfer of sensitive drawings and specifications after agreeing confidentiality terms.
How long does a technical quotation take?
We generally provide an initial assessment for a clearly defined scope within a few working days. For detailed quotations requiring thermal calculations, material optimisation and take-offs, we agree the timeline according to project size.
Do you carry out site surveys and thermographic inspections?
Yes. At existing facilities we conduct site surveys, thermographic measurements and heat-loss/CUI assessments, document the condition and define the improvement or renewal scope.
Can you undertake design and installation separately?
Yes. Engineering, material supply and site installation can be delivered under one contract or as separate packages. We can also undertake detailed engineering, consultancy or site work individually.
Can you provide site teams for projects outside Türkiye?
Yes. Based in Türkiye, we work across Europe, the Middle East, Asia and Africa, coordinating engineering, material supply and qualified site teams for cross-border projects.
How are shared technical documents protected?
For confidential projects, we agree a mutual NDA and transfer method at the first discussion. Please do not attach sensitive drawings, specifications or platform data from defence and space programmes to the general enquiry form; use the agreed channel.
Do you support urgent maintenance and planned shutdowns?
Yes. During turnarounds we support rapid insulation removal and replacement, damage assessment, planned and urgent repairs, and quick mobilisation during critical operating windows.
